What is the point of a sauce? It’s not a dish in its own right, but it can transform your meat or fish into a fantastic meal for everyone to enjoy... We will teach you how to make the perfect sauce...... 

The art of sauce making is choosing the right one for the food you're cooking in order to compliment it & bring out its true flavour.

A sauce needs to be well balanced and perfectly seasoned so it enhances, yet does not overwhelm the food it is to accompany.

To achieve the best results, it’s important to keep tasting, stirring and adding seasoning until you get the perfect consistency.

The more you taste and experiment, the more experienced you become and the finer your sauce will be!

 Information on your cookery lesson

As part of our sauce making lesson, our aim is for you to have an enjoyable lesson by learning to prepare, cook and present a selection of delicious sauces to accompany your meat or fish, and to widen your culinary skills and knowledge. Ultimately, we want you to have fun and come away feeling confident with lots of tips and ideas to try out for yourself.

We can teach you as part of a group, or on a one-to-one basis, depending upon the size of your kitchen.

We will source all the ingredients for you so there is no need to worry about rushing to the shops, as we provide it all for you.

 

Whether you are competent in the kitchen, a complete novice or just a bit rusty, we can teach you! 

The lesson will last 3 hours depending on the sauces you have chosen. For the lesson, please choose three sauces from the list below or if there is something in particular that you would like to try, please let us know as we would be delighted to help.

By law we have to make you aware of Allergens within our dishes to provide cookery lessons, these are highlighted with a #  ( may Contain Allergens )

We will also integrate, meat or fish to complement the sauces you have prepared.

- Price £85 per person -  There will be a supplement of £35 on all lessons for one-to-one tuition.
