Passion Fruit Syrup

INGREDIENTS:

Half a cup of white sugar

Half a cup of water

2 passion fruit

 

METHOD:

1. Add the sugar and water together in a pan and bring to the boil.

2. Then turn down to simmer.  Simmer until the sugar and the water start to thicken.

3. Remove pan from the heat and put aside for 10 minutes.

4. After the 10 minutes, add the contents of the passion fruit to the pan and then blend.

5. Pass through a fine sieve to remove any seeds.
