Cookery lesson this in Frimley Green and Rowledge, in Surrey.

We have had a couple of lesson this week in Frimley Green and Rowledge, both in Surrey.

We met up with Jamie and josie in Frimley and had a great time cooking French onion soup, Rib eye steak with cafe du Paris butter and sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce.

Jamie was really good with his chopping skills and very enthusiastic about his cooking and Josie very funny and also she had a great knowledge about food, it was a pleasure to do the lesson with them.

Then visited Geraldine in Rowledge for her lesson, it was very relaxed and fun lesson with lots of good questions which kept me on my toes.

We cooked moules mariniere, fillet of beef stoganoff with fragrant rice, raspberry ripple baked Alaska and a raspberry creme brulee.

In Sussex this weekend, Brighton on Saturday for a kids cookery lesson and on Sunday in Heathfield for a sauce making lesson, i look forward to both.

We now have a couple of other great Chefs working part time for us, Pepe and Andy, this now gives us more help on the bigger cookery lessons and Hen parties. which takes the pressure off.

I have been working full time with Beurre Blanc Cookery School since November 2014 as i was finding it a little to much trying to run a kitchen as head chef and orginize lessons, Its now a lot more enjoyable.
